If you as a person with brain injury or a family member have a story that would benefit others, please submit it to our website. After reviewing the story to make sure it complies with our terms and conditions, stories will be selected for posting.
Terms and Conditions of Submissions
- Use only first names to protect the rights and privacy of others.
- No work will be considered that contains vulgar or profane language.
- As a condition of publication and for no monetary compensation you give the Brain Injury Resource Foundation (BIRF) the right to edit and publish your work on the website and use it in whole or part to promote and publicize the
- Brain Injury Resource Foundation and its publications. This includes the right to use your name, likeness and biographical data in such promotions. When used, you will be identified as the author of the Work or co-author if applicable.
- You warrant that the Work submitted is original work authored by you and is not subject to any existing copyright and that you have the right to grant the rights in this Agreement.
- You understand that the BIRF is unable to return any articles to the author.
